Lentil-Tofu Soup

Ingredients:

Lentils, tofu, rice, onion, red bell pepper, celery, carrot, fire roasted tomatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne

ReHydration/Cooking Instructions

“Cup-of-Soup”

1. Empty the contents into a container that fits at least 2 cups.

2. Pour one cup of boiling water into the container.

3. Stir well, cover it and let sit for 5 minutes.

4. Stir again, adjust the seasoning as desired. (The Soup has low Salt)

ReHydration/Cooking Instructions

“On the Stove”

1. Pour the contents into a small pot that fits at least 2 cups.

2. Add one to two cups of water and bring to a boil.

3. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Taste and season as desired. (The Soup has low Salt)
